Election Division: Our Election Division is committed to conducting fair, accurate, and accessible elections. We oversee voter registration, manage the voting process, and ensure that every eligible citizen has the opportunity to participate in our democratic system.

Marriage Division: Whether you're planning your wedding, need a certified copy of your marriage license, or want to have a marriage ceremony, our Marriage Division is here to help. We issue marriage licenses, conduct marriage ceremonies, and keep records of marriages within Salt Lake County.

Passport Division: If you're planning to travel abroad, our Passport Division is here to assist you. We accept and process passport applications, and offer passport photo services. We make sure your documents are handled quickly and with care.

Council Clerk: The Council Clerk's Office prepares and keeps all minutes, agendas, and correspondence for various County entities, including the County Council, Redevelopment Agency, Municipal Building Authority, Board of Canvassers, and Legislative Audit Committee.
