It's time for Open Enrollment -- your once-a-year opportunity to review and update your benefits! Let's make sure you have everything you need to make confident choices for 2026.

Key Things to Know About Open Enrollment

Enrollment runs November 1-21 (closing at midnight)
All changes are made in PeopleSoft
Open Enrollment is passive except for FSA and Voluntary Benefit elections. You must re-enroll in these plans to continue coverage.
Your elections will take effect on January 1, 2026.
No changes to medical deductibles, copays or out-of-pocket maximums.

2026 Benefits Guide

New Voluntary Benefits Coming for 2026

Beginning January 1, we're partnering with new vendors to offer expanded protection for you and your family with rates and coverage that are comparable or better than current options.

· If you are currently enrolled in voluntary benefits that end December 31, you'll need to actively re-enroll in PeopleSoft by November 21 to continue coverage for 2026.

Voluntary Health Benefits with VOYA

Accident Insurance - Provides cash benefits when you or a covered dependent experience an injury, helping you cover copays or other out-of-pocket expenses.
Critical Illness Insurance - Pays a lump-sum cash benefit if you or a dependent are diagnosed with a covered serious illness such as cancer, heart attack, or stroke.

Hospital Indemnity Insurance - Offers a fixed daily cash payment if you or a covered dependent are hospitalized, helping offset medical expenses or even costs not covered by insurance - such as travel costs, lodging or home help.

Pet Insurance with MetLife

· Protect your furry family members with coverage for accidents, illnesses, and routine care — giving you peace of mind when it comes to unexpected vet bills.

Legal Services with LegalShield

· Access affordable legal assistance for everyday matters such as wills, contracts, traffic tickets, and more.
