The foundational research for “A New Perspective for Prosperity” came from a county engagement with site-selection consultant Global Location Strategies (GLS).

This two-phase engagement 1) identified the County’s value proposition and best industry clusters to target for strategic recruitment, and then 2) compared the County against peer regions nationwide so we can compete better for these high-value industries.
