Overview
Salt Lake County's Watershed Planning and Restoration Program works to protect over 900 miles of streams that run through the county. We monitor stream water quality, restore damaged stream corridors, and help residents adopt stream‑friendly practices to reduce pollution and protect native ecosystems.
We also provide real‑time streamflow data, snowpack updates, and host the annual Salt Lake County Watershed Symposium to support a healthier watershed for the entire region.
