Our Objectives

1. Advance the mission of county agencies through performance management to help ensure that organizations can effectively fulfill their purpose and serve the needs of the public.
2. Support County agencies to make more informed decisions by incorporating data and analysis into the decision-making process.
3. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to enhance public service delivery and better serve the community.
4. Develop effective & efficient solutions using design-thinking and human-centered approaches to address complex problems and promote innovation and sustainable outcomes.
5. Collaborate with county agencies to augment their capacity and services.
6. Expand knowledge, tools and new skills through training, partnership, and participation.
7. Manage and implement the county data privacy program to embed privacy practices into County operations.
