Office of Data & Innovation provides performance management tools & training to deliver better outcomes. As part of the annual budget, each County agency submits their performance goals in the form of outcomes and indicators to the Council. These outcomes and indicators reflect agency priorities and goals. We support County agencies by:

  • Organizing Building Better Outcomes / Indicators Workshops
  • On-demand performance training
  • Assist with data collection
  • Analyze, visualize and report data

We have also created an internal performance reporting platform called “CountyStat” to track and report progress on county agencies outcomes and indicators.

Budget vs expenditure, detailed revenue and expenditure dashboards from PeopleSoft.*

Outcomes and Indicators

Agency Outcomes and Indicators progress tracking through automated dashboards.

Performance Measures

Tracking agency’s core functions, performance and highlighting services through visuals and digital storytelling.
